      Job responsibilities:

      1. Complete the screening and evaluation of new energy investment projects independently, and assist the superior in charge in screening the reserve project library;

      2. Grasp the industry dynamics of the new energy projects to be invested, conduct financial forecast and risk analysis of the projects to be invested, prepare promotional documents, formulate due diligence report, feasibility research report and framework agreements, draft project implementation schemes and action plans, and provide reliable basis for investment decisions;

      3. Lead investment transactions, carry out investment project operation and management, including drafting investment decision documents, formulating investment agreements, project negotiation and signing and investment implementation, establishing and maintaining good business relationships with partners, competent authorities and potential clients.

      2. Establish and maintain good cooperation with banks, trusts, securities firms, funds and other financial institutions, and constantly develop and expand new channels for company fundraising;

      3. Draft project fundraising schemes or financial business report, and evaluate the economic feasibility of the project;

      4. Conduct consultations and negotiations with the other party on transaction terms and conditions during the fundraising transactions with financial institutions; coordinate the related work of various departments such as the finance department and the legal department;

      5. Take charge of the department team building and daily staff administration.

      Job requirements:

      4. Strong professional abilities, excellent comprehensive qualities, of great initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and coordination, and able to work under pressure;

      5. Understand the structural design of financial products;
